Indulge me for a bit here while you watch some racing.
She was one of my first Catholic saints along with Max Kolbe (a priest martyred in Auschwitz), Pope Pius X, Lorenzo Ruiz (the first Filipino saint), Francoise-Therese Martin (Carmelite icon), and Teresa of Avila. But she’s also a soldier—a general, even, who fought and won the wars she headed. Few could match that sort of resume.
